Experience: 1-4 years (Collections / Retention / Customer Service)

Work Mode: [Work from Office]

What You'll Do:

Connect with customers for payment follow-ups and resolve their queries smoothly.

Retain customers by understanding their issues and offering smart solutions.

Keep track of payments, calls, and follow-ups in the system.

Build strong relationships while achieving collection targets.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Confident, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.

Comfortable using MS Office / CRM tools.

Fluency in Telugu, English & Hindi .
