As a Junior Executive in Retention Marketing, you will assist in building, executing, and optimizing campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and loyalty programs. You'll support customer lifecycle journeys, cross-selling, upselling, and re-engagement campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing retention campaigns across channels - Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push.
Support in the setup and optimization of automation workflows.
Coordinate with content and design teams for timely asset delivery.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creatives, copy, and timings.
Monitor and report campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, ROI).
Segment audiences based on purchase behaviour, lifecycle stage, RFM, and campaign engagement.
Work closely with the loyalty app to drive repeat purchases and referrals.
Assist in churn prevention and win-back campaigns.
Prepare weekly performance dashboards using internal tools and Google Sheets.
Coordinate with the analytics team to derive actionable insights.
Stay updated on D2C retention trends, tools, and best practices.
Skills & Tools:
Basic understanding of email & WhatsApp marketing tools (Klaviyo, Interakt, Twilio, etc.).
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (filters, pivot tables, basic formulas).
Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of campaign metrics.
Basic understanding of customer lifecycle, segmentation, and funnel optimization.
Able to draw customer journey and prepare campaigns based on that.
Soft Skills:
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Quick learner with a keen interest in retention and lifecycle marketing.
Detail-oriented and proactive in execution.
