Job Role & Responsibilities:

Develop and manage retailer network for JCB construction equipment spare parts in Bhilwara region.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective retailer engagement.

Regular market visits to monitor stock, product movement, competitor activities, and customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to ensure repeat and long-term business.

Coordinate with parts team to ensure availability of required parts.

Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with management.

Support promotional activities and schemes for retailers to drive sales growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline (preferably Graduation in Sales & Marketing).

1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in Retailer Business /Automobile / Construction Equipment / Spare Parts / Industrial Products sector.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Familiar with Bhilwara and surrounding market areas.

Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
