We are looking for an energetic and highly organized

Retail Trainer

to develop, deliver, and drive training programs for our retail staff. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer experience, product knowledge, and frontline team development.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging

onboarding and refresher training

for retail staff. Train sales teams on

product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques

. Conduct

floor coaching, mystery audits, and performance evaluations

. Design training materials: PPTs, manuals, scripts, and micro-learning modules. Monitor and track employee progress through assessments and feedback. Partner with Store Managers to identify

skill gaps and training needs

. Ensure consistent brand representation across all retail outlets. Conduct regular visits to stores for training and performance improvement. Support new product launches with targeted training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline; certification in Training & Development is a plus. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in retail environments (Apparel/Cosmetics/FMCG/Electronics). Ability to train diverse teams and manage multiple locations. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT) and digital learning tools.

Pay: ?10,947.40 - ?15,000.00 per month
