Job Description

Core responsibilities

Develop and deliver training programs:

Create and implement training content, workshops, and onboarding sessions for new hires and existing staff.

Assess training needs:

Collaborate with store managers and conduct surveys to identify skill gaps and training requirements within teams and for individuals.

Provide coaching and mentoring:

Offer ongoing support and coaching to employees, helping them improve customer engagement and sales performance.

Evaluate program effectiveness:

Monitor the success of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics.

Support new initiatives:

Assist with the rollout of new products, services, and systems by creating and delivering relevant training.

Maintain records:

Keep accurate records of training materials, attendance, and employee progress.
Required skills and qualifications

Proven experience in retail training or management. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to adapt training methods for different learning styles. Familiarity with e-learning platforms is often a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 90 days

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week

Work Location: In person
