:
1) Executing specific Sales Academy programs directed by brand, as well as additional training initiatives as defined in the corresponding Business requirements
2) Monitoring and supporting the execution of training within all stores, as needed.
3) Creating a culture of learning and continuous personal development in stores.
4) Plan and deliver Store Manager/Staff Training Program workshops and support the Store Manager Core Training Program, as needed.
5) Participate in the Seasonal Training Planning, Development and Deployment process, providing relevant up-front input regarding local seasonal training needs and completing the translation/localization and delivery of seasonal training materials in a timely manner
6) Design, develop and deliver additional seasonal training materials to support local-specific product/concept marketing activations in partnership with the respective regional Store Operation managers. Also, training sessions focused on Campaign Articles and Hype Articles.
7) Monitor and report monthly RA Performance Scorecard, with Sharing monthly Newsletter.
8) Coach store teams in the proper execution of store level programs (e.g., RP, ARP and SIM Training Programs), as well as the Seasonal Training Program, ensuring best practice is followed in all stores
9) Use qualitative and quantitative methods, as well as established tracking systems/tools to ensure training and development programs are consistently and effectively executed across all stores within the market
10) Lead and manage other local training projects as agreed with the Franchise Lead and/or the Store Operations Manager
11) Identify and develop in-store trainers, driving the personal development of natural successors
Measurements
1) To measure progress on own KPIs & Collaborate with all Stakeholders
2) To monitor all Training reports & Timely knowledge check.
3) To monitor and report on customers and competitors sell-through and activities, and propose/initiate/take actions
4) Drive & Comply Digital Initiatives (Training Tracker & Homerun)
Candidates with proficiency in English, Tamil and Malayalam will be preferred.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
