Key Job Functions:
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to retail staff at all levels.
Develop and implement training programs for onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps and training opportunities.
Collaborate with retail managers to ensure alignment of training with business goals.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and adjust programs accordingly.
Stay current with industry trends, company policies, and new products to ensure training content is up to date.
Coach and mentor retail employees to reinforce training in the workplace.
Work with HR and Retail Operations to ensure training compliance.
Gather feedback from trainees and managers to continuously improve training delivery.
Qualifications and Requirement
Experience 2 years in the training department.
Qualification: Any degree
Communication: English & Tamil
Technical skill : Ms office ( presentation skill)
Preferred Only Female candidates.
Timing : 9hrs
Shift : 10am to 7 pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
