We are looking for a Retail Trainer to train and develop store staff in sales, customer service, product knowledge, and store operations for our garments retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Train sales staff on garments product knowledge, fabric, fitting, and styling
Provide training on customer handling & selling techniques
Conduct induction training for new joiners
Train staff on store SOPs, billing process, POS system, and grooming standards
Improve sales performance, conversion.
Conduct on-job training, role plays, and regular refresher sessions
Monitor staff performance and share feedback with store managers / HO
Ensure brand standards and visual merchandising awareness
Travel to multiple stores, if required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2-5 years experience in retail garments / fashion industry
Experience in training sales staff in a retail environment
Good knowledge of fabrics, sizing, trends, and customer service
Strong communication & presentation skills
Ability to motivate and guide frontline staff
Basic knowledge of sales reports, KPIs, and retail operations
Preferred Profile:
Ex-Store Manager / Senior Sales / Retail Trainer
Experience with multi-store retail chains
Willingness to travel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
