About the Project:

TRRAIN PANKH

is a livelihood training and placement initiative by the

TRRAIN Foundation

, focused on empowering Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) through skills training and job readiness for the retail and service sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver training on retail skills, communication, customer service, and soft skills using TRRAIN's curriculum Conduct both in-person and virtual sessions using engaging, learner-friendly methods Adapt training content for candidates with hearing, orthopedic, or visual impairments Track attendance, learner progress, and provide assessment reports Support mobilization, job placement, and post-placement tracking Participate in trainer onboarding, learning sessions, and quality checks Be responsive to monitoring visits, reporting, and feedback mechanisms
Qualification & Skills Required:

Education:

Graduate in any stream (mandatory)

Experience:

At least 1 year in training (retail, employability, customer service, or communication skills) Prior work with Persons with Disabilities (preferred)

Certifications:

RASCI certified (preferred but not mandatory)

Languages:

Proficiency in Hindi; working knowledge of English

Tech Skills:

Comfortable with digital tools and virtual training platforms

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, empathy, adaptability, and motivation
