Retail Technology Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced

Retail Technology Solution Architect

with deep domain expertise in the retail sector and a proven track record of leading digital and cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen across e-commerce, POS, SCM, ERP, and CRM systems, coupled with the ability to translate business needs into scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions aligned with retail business objectives. Lead digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration (preferably AWS/Azure). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate e-commerce, POS, SCM, ERP, and CRM systems. Develop architecture blueprints and technical roadmaps for digital retail ecosystems. Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle. Conduct assessments of existing infrastructure and propose modernization strategies. Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and performance bottlenecks.

Technology Proficiency

: Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, POS systems, SCM, ERP, CRM, and billing systems.

Cloud & Digital Transformation

: Strong background in application and infrastructure architecture.
