Job Summary

Digi1 Electronics is looking for a proactive Team Leader (TL) who can manage store staff, monitor daily operations, and perform regular field visits to ensure smooth functioning of all stores. The role involves team supervision, stock verification, performance tracking, and coordination between management and store members.

Key Responsibilities

Team Handling & Supervision

Manage and guide store staff to ensure discipline, productivity, and performance.

Allocate daily tasks and monitor work progress of team members.

Motivate the team and resolve day-to-day operational issues.

Ensure staff follows company policies and SOPs.

Report attendance, behavior, and performance issues to management.

Field Work & Store Visits

Visit assigned stores regularly for monitoring operations.

Verify stock availability, physical stock vs system stock.

Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and store discipline.

Check whether staff is following sales and process guidelines.

Submit visit reports with observations and action points.

Stock & Operations Monitoring

Coordinate with store staff for stock movement and shortages.

Identify mismatches, damages, or issues in inventory.

Ensure timely stock updates and proper record maintenance.

Coordinate with warehouse / backend team when required.

Reporting & Coordination

Share daily/weekly reports on team performance and store status.

Act as a bridge between management and store employees.

Highlight challenges, gaps, and improvement areas.

Support management in implementing new processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in retail Electronic

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Willingness to travel daily for store visits.

Good communication skills (Hindi, English; Marathi preferred).

Basic knowledge of stock handling and reporting.

Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in electronics retail or multi-store operations.

Comfortable with both office work and field duties.

Responsible, disciplined, and result-oriented.

Ability to manage pressure and multiple stores.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,727.86 - ₹30,000.00 per month
