Role Overview

The Retail Supply Chain Analyst will support the retail supply chain team by analyzing operations, optimizing inventory, and providing data-driven insights to improve efficiency across the network of stores and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze supply chain data, including inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment needs. Collaborate with merchandising, stores, and logistics teams to ensure timely product flow. Identify inefficiencies in supply chain processes and recommend actionable improvements. Support forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization initiatives. Generate regular reports and dashboards for management to track KPIs. Assist in vendor coordination and evaluate supplier performance. Support technology implementation and supply chain system enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 4 years of experience in retail supply chain analysis or related roles, preferably in apparel/fashion. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. Proficiency in Excel, inventory management, and supply chain software/tools. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
