The Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets while maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of retail staff and shift schedules.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and issue resolution.
Monitor sales performance and support the team in achieving targets.
Manage stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and ensure proper product display.
Train, guide, and motivate staff to improve performance and productivity.
Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and safety standards are maintained.
Handle cash management, billing accuracy, and basic reporting.
Coordinate with management on staffing, promotions, and operational improvements.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience in retail, FMCG, or supermarket operations preferred.
