Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive footfall and increase sales in the retail store. Manage customer relations and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction. Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments. Identify local marketing and promotional opportunities to grow store visibility. Lead and motivate store staff to meet performance targets. Track inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with vendors. Analyze store performance data to inform business decisions.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred. Experience in retail, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Energetic, responsible, and result-oriented personality. Willingness to work full-day shifts including weekends.
