Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable running. Supervise and motivate staff, ensuring high performance and excellent customer service. Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and order placements. Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and compliance with health & safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Prepare shift schedules, manage attendance, and oversee staff training. Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving store targets. Report directly to upper management with updates on store performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor or Manager (Supermarket experience preferred). Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Basic understanding of retail software/PoS systems. Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent (Further education in business or retail management is a plus).
