Retail Store Supervisor
Job Description
Open and close registers for staff members, count register drawers, and resolve cash overages and shortages Ensure the shift is adequately staffed Develop and assign tasks to staff members, oversee completion of tasks Resolve customer issues and approve exceptions to policy for coupons, returns, etc. Train new hires and create development opportunities for experienced staff members Provide recognition and constructive feedback throughout the shift as appropriate Requirements Experience: 2 to 4 years as supervisor in Hotel Industry Handling Chain restaurants experience Should be able to handle customers Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service Experience with organizing and assigning tasks and holding staff members accountable for completion Benefits Salary as per industry standards PF And ESI Salary+Incentives Free Food and Accommodation
