Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with products.
Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the store.
Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all staff members do the same.
Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, setting sales targets, and working to achieve them.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Manage pricing, promotions, and discounts in line with company policies.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of stock to prevent shortages.
Conduct regular stock checks and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Train, and supervise store staff, ensuring they are well-versed in product knowledge and customer service.
Ensure products are displayed attractively and according to the store's merchandising standards.
