Monitor store KPIs and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Maximize in-store sales through effective selling techniques and customer engagement strategies Implement initiatives to boost footfall and conversion rates Lead, train, and motivate store staff to ensure high performance and team collaboration Schedule staff shifts and monitor attendance and performance Qualifications

2+ years of retail/store management experience (fashion/apparel preferred)
