Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Retail Store Manager to lead our premium outlet at Trivandrum International Airport. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in luxury F&B or premium retail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage store operations with excellence.

Key Responsibilities Store Operations & Sales ? Drive store sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. ? Maintain high standards of store presentation, product display, and hygiene. ? Oversee daily store operations including stock management, cashiering, and reporting. Customer Experience ? Deliver a premium, personalized customer service experience aligned with Cococart standards. ? Actively engage with travellers to promote premium chocolate and confectionery products. ? Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaint resolution professionally. Team Leadership ? Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to meet performance and service standards. ? Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak airport hours. ? Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a positive team environment.

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
