Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, leading a motivated team, and achieving sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of store operations including sales, customer service, inventory, visual merchandising, and staff management.

Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service.

Monitor and manage stock levels, ordering, receiving, and inventory control to minimize shrinkage.

Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and presentation according to brand standards.

Handle customer issues and complaints effectively and professionally.

Implement promotional strategies and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Prepare sales reports, analyze trends, and provide feedback to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

Recruit, onboard, and train new employees as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in retail.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Excellent customer service and sales abilities.

Experience in managing inventory and visual merchandising.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.

Minimum 2 - 4 years of retail management experience.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
