Responsibilities:



Manage store operations - billing, cash, stock, staff. Drive sales targets and customer satisfaction. Maintain inventory, product display, and hygiene. Train and guide sales staff.

Requirements:



Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Management preferred). Minimum 2+ years retail experience (sports, footwear, apparel, or electronics). Strong sales & communication skills. Hindi fluency (basic English preferred). Local Lucknow candidates preferred. Timing: 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM | Weekly Off: Thursday.
