A leading premium retail showroom is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee overall store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure high standards of customer service and team management. Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal customer experience. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service. Manage staff scheduling, training, performance appraisals, and discipline as required. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock assessments, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock. Implement visual merchandising standards to maximize product appeal and store profitability. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and execute strategies to increase footfall and revenue. Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and statutory compliance. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently. Conduct regular meetings with team members to communicate goals, expectations, and store updates. Collaborate with management on promotions, events, and initiatives for business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a retail store manager, preferably in premium or branded retail. Strong leadership and people management skills. Customer-oriented with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Sound knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management. Proficient with POS systems and retail analytics. Results-driven and adept at achieving sales targets and KPIs. Ability to multitask, delegate, and work in a dynamic retail environment.
