As a Store Manager at TDF Jewellery, you will be the face of our brand and responsible for managing all aspects of store operations. From overseeing a dynamic team to delivering world-class customer service, you will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining high standards of store presentation, and ensuring that our customers receive personalized attention and expert guidance. You will be an integral part of our mission to provide the best in diamond and fine jewelry retail while fostering a positive, inspiring work environment.
Sales and Customer Experience:
? Lead the sales team to exceed individual and store-wide sales targets, through active coaching, motivation, and performance tracking.
? Ensure that every customer receives a luxury shopping experience by providing personalized, knowledgeable, and attentive service.
? Develop relationships with high-value clients and establish a loyal customer base through tailored service and follow-up.
? Stay up-to-date on jewellery trends, diamond grading, and product knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
? Monitor and optimize the customer journey both in-store and through follow-up, ensuring that every client leaves with a memorable experience.
Team Leadership and Development:
? Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales associates, fostering a positive, results-driven, and customer-centric work culture.
? Provide ongoing training to staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and luxury customer service standards.
? Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear personal and professional goals for team members, providing constructive feedback to ensure continuous growth.
? Maintain high morale, encourage teamwork, and recognize individual and team accomplishments.
Store Operations and Visual Merchandising:
? Ensure the store is impeccably organized, clean, and visually aligned with TDF Jewellery's high-end brand standards.
? Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock is maintained, replenished, and organized efficiently to minimize loss or damage.
? Lead visual merchandising efforts, ensuring that products are displayed creatively and effectively to maximize sales and showcase new arrivals or seasonal collections.
? Ensure that all store policies, security measures, and health & safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe, secure environment for staff and customers.
Financial Management:
? Drive store profitability by managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring inventory levels align with sales performance.
? Review financial reports and sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
? Implement promotional strategies and pricing adjustments in line with business goals and seasonal demands.
Administration and Reporting:
? Prepare and present sales performance reports, staff performance evaluations, and customer feedback to senior management.
? Handle all administrative duties related to store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and daily sales reconciliation.
? Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
