Address customer feedback promptly and effectively to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Training and Development:
Impart training to the production and sales teams, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to perform at their best.
Conduct ongoing performance assessments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Sales and Revenue Management:
Achieve sales targets across multiple channels, including B2C, B2B, and hyperlocal markets.
Generate leads for corporate orders and contribute to business development initiatives.
Recruitment and Staffing:
Recruit, onboard, and retain a talented team for both production and sales functions.
Build a motivated and efficient workforce aligned with the unit's operational goals.
Profitability and Financial Oversight:
Ensure the unit operates profitably by optimizing resources and controlling costs.
Manage store petty cash responsibly and maintain accurate records.
Customer Relationship Management:
Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism to build lasting relationships.
Develop strategies to improve customer retention and acquisition.
Business Growth:
Collaborate with the team to create and execute plans for sales growth and market expansion.
Identify and develop opportunities for partnerships and corporate collaborations.

Proven experience in operational management, preferably in a retail, hospitality, or production setting.
