Hiring for RETAIL STORE MANAGER in LOT MOBILES PVT LTD

Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Retail Store Management

Qualification: Any Degree / Intermediate.

Job Timings : 10:00 Morning to 10:00 Night

Roles and Responsibilities

A store manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store.

Motivating and training team.

Excellent communication skills.

Customer service-oriented.

Strong leadership.



Manager has to lead and achieve prescribed sales targets and further sales improvement.

Smooth showroom operations on a day to day basis.

Maintain floor discipline and administration.

Maintain proper inventory records and execute self-audit.

Ensure proper grooming as per standards of the organization. Follow organization SOP.

Responsible for maintaining hygiene standards in the showroom.

Updating staff with present

scheme & promotions.

Keep a tap on market competition.

Coordinate with the reporting manager for business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,089.40 - ?25,232.01 per month
