We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to manage daily store operations for our plywood, laminates, and hardware showroom. The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, sales coordination, customer handling, and overall store management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day store operations and staff management Manage inventory of plywood, laminates, hardware items, and accessories Ensure proper storage, display, and stock availability Handle customer inquiries, orders, and basic sales support Coordinate with suppliers for ordering and deliveries Maintain billing records, stock registers, and daily sales reports Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the store

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as Store In-Charge / Manager in plywood, laminates, or hardware industry Knowledge of plywood, laminates, and hardware products Experience in inventory management and billing Good communication and customer service skills Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel)
