We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to moniter daily operations, manage staff, ensure food quality, and deliver excellent customer service in a Leading Brand Ice cream Parlour.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations
Manage staff shifts, training & discipline
Ensure food quality, hygiene & SOP compliance
Handle customer complaints & online orders
Assist in stock control, billing & cash handling
Requirements:
Experience in QSR / F&B
Strong leadership & communication skills
Ability to handle peak-hour pressure
Basic POS & inventory knowledge
