Retail Store Manager

:

Boganvila is a Premium Pastry Shop which does retail sales and bulk sales. We are in need of a Manager to take care of the operations and sales. As a Retail Store Manager he/she has to take complete ownership of the store operations and bring in sales. They manage staff, oversee inventory, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth.

Staff Management:

? Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store staff.

? Set performance targets and provide ongoing feedback.

? Schedule shifts and manage employee payroll.

? Resolve employee conflicts and conduct performance evaluations.

Customer Service:

? Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.

? Handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively.

? Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as necessary.

? Foster a customer-centric culture among staff.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

? Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

? Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

? Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.

? Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Reporting:

? Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.

? Provide updates to senior management on store operations and challenges.

? Recommend strategies for improvement based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field (preferred).

? Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

? Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

? Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

? Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
