Job Description

Managing and motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives and targets Monitoring stock levels and purchasing necessary inventory Ensuring the showroom is visually appealing and adheres to company standards Providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints, and answering customers' queries Preparing and presenting reports on showroom sales, costs, and new business opportunities Coordinating with the marketing department to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the showroom Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Performing administrative tasks such as managing showroom budgets, maintaining customer databases, and processing invoices Training new employees and providing ongoing training and support to current staff Organizing and coordinating promotional events or sales

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
