Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations of our retail outlet in Erode. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, inventory control, team leadership, and maintaining high brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

*Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly store sales targets.

*Monitor and improve KPIs like footfall, conversion rate, and average bill value.

*Lead and inspire the store team to deliver world-class customer service.

*Manage staff scheduling, onboarding, performance reviews, and team motivation.

*Ensure accurate inventory control, timely replenishment, and shrinkage prevention.

*Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliations, and financial reporting.

*Maintain visual merchandising and store layout as per brand guidelines.

*Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.

*Ensure legal compliance and adherence to safety and operational SOPs.

*Collaborate with marketing for in-store promotions and local campaigns.

*Operate and leverage POS and inventory systems effectively.

*Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Regional Manager.

Requirements:

*Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.

*3-5 years of retail experience, including 1-2 years in a managerial role.

*Proven leadership with strong communication and team-building skills.

*Problem-solving mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.

*Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and retail operations software.

*Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays when needed.
