Job Summary: As a experienced Kids Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers, reaching sales targets and managing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

:

Focus on driving sale and providing excellent customer service. Manage stock and inventory by following SOPs. Display of merchandise, floor plan and visual merchandising. Provide sales team with feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of all store operations like preparing and submitting reports, and monitoring sales receipts and cash.

EXPERIENCE

:

Minimum 3 years experience as store manager. Minimum 2 years experience in fashion retail or kids store

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
