Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Retail Store Manager

to lead operations at our textile retail outlet. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the

textile and apparel industry

, with a strong preference for those who have managed

innerwear or lingerie product categories

. This role requires a customer-focused professional who can drive sales, manage a team, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all store operations including staff management, inventory control, visual merchandising, and customer service. Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective leadership and strategic planning. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge, especially in the innerwear segment. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure timely replenishment of key products. Recruit, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals. Implement in-store promotions and marketing initiatives in coordination with the head office. Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines. Handle customer complaints or queries in a professional and timely manner. Prepare sales reports, track store performance, and report findings to management. Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years

of retail management experience, preferably in the

textile or fashion industry

. Specific experience in managing

innerwear, lingerie, or intimate apparel

is a strong advantage. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems. Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualities:

Passion for fashion and textiles, with a keen eye for detail in product presentation. Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented retail environment. Familiarity with trends and demands specific to innerwear products.
