Uphold and elevate premium service standards and customer experience
Ensure exceptional quality and consistency of coffee, beverages, and food offerings
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing barista and service team
Maintain deep involvement in coffee quality, brewing techniques, and equipment standards
Manage inventory, procurement, stock audits, and vendor relationships
Drive sales performance while maintaining cost control and operational efficiency
Handle guest feedback and escalations with discretion and professionalism
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and FSSAI standards
Implement brand SOPs, service rituals, and presentation guidelines
Prepare operational, sales, and performance reports for management review

Candidate Profile
5-6+ years of experience managing premium cafes, specialty coffee brands, or luxury QSR concepts
Excellent knowledge of coffee, including beans, brewing methods, extraction, and equipment
Strong leadership presence with proven team-handling experience
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
High attention to detail and a passion for service excellence
Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused luxury environment
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
