Job Description

As the Retail manager, you will be responsible for the followings

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as sales targets and customer feedback Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store Lead, coach, and support a team of sales associates Hire, train, and evaluate sales associates Manage inventory and ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
