Job Description

We seek a results-driven leader to manage all showroom operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales. This dual role requires a blend of management expertise and hands-on sales ability to meet targets and uphold the Ornate Jewels brand.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Service:

Greet customers, provide personalized service, and use in-depth

gold and diamond jewellery knowledge

to guide purchases and achieve

monthly sales targets

Store Operations:

Lead and motivate the showroom team, maintain

brand standards

for cleanliness and appearance, manage

stock/inventory

, and ensure

security protocol

compliance.

Administration:

Accurately handle

billing

, cash transactions,

daily sales reporting

, and coordinate with accounts/purchase for stock management and making charges.

Marketing:

Organize

local promotions

and collaborate with the marketing team to increase footfall.

Customer Relations:

Promptly and professionally resolve customer concerns.

Qualifications

Graduate (Retail management/sales certification a plus).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
