We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Executive / Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires strong leadership, inventory management, and team coordination to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve sales targets and monitor store performance.
Lead, motivate, and train store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and suggest improvements.
Maintain store hygiene, safety, and security standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in retail management.
Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Executive, or similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of retail management systems and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
