Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring best services are given to our guest.
Achieving sales targets and profitability
Responsible for P&L of respective outlet
Outlet budget and controlling expenses
Ensuring smooth functioning of store following compliance and SOPs
Inventory management
Maintaining hygiene in the store
Zero pilferages
Daily Reports to be submitted
Team management
Candidate Profile:
Any graduate with Min 4 yrs of experience managing outlet.
Overseeing daily outlet operations, guest service, staff roster, inventory management.
Supervising & guiding staff towards maximum performance.
Leadership & Communication Skills to motivate team.
Ability to multi task.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Result oriented.
