Ensure adequate staffing for smooth operations and excellent service.
Operations & Merchandising:
Oversee daily store activities and ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and appealing visual displays.
Implement store policies, procedures, and health/safety compliance.
Inventory & Stock Control:
Monitor stock levels, manage ordering, and coordinate with suppliers.
Ensure products are stocked, organized, and efficiently stored.
Conduct inventory audits and manage logistics of shipments.
Sales & Profitability:
Set and achieve sales targets and financial goals.
Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to boost revenue.
Manage store budgets, costs, and financial records.
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally.
Build strong customer relationships.
