Job Summary:
The Store Manager - Operations will be responsible for managing the complete retail store operations of a decorative lights showroom. This role includes operational oversight, team management, till and cash handling, customer service excellence, stock control, and ensuring the store delivers a premium retail experience.

Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, housekeeping, visual display, and floor readiness.
Ensure all operational SOPs are followed, maintaining smooth workflow throughout the store.
Supervise till operations, cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily reconciliation.
Coordinate with the backend and supply team for stock availability and replenishment.
Sales & Customer Service
Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Ensure outstanding customer service and quick resolution of complaints.
Engage with premium walk-in customers and support product demonstrations.
Team Management
Lead, train, and supervise store staff to ensure high performance and discipline.
Create staff rosters and ensure proper shift coverage.
Evaluate team performance and support skill development.
Inventory & Merchandising
Maintain accurate stock records, conduct cycle counts, and manage shrinkage.
Ensure effective product display, signage, and visual merchandising as per brand standards.
Coordinate new product placements and showroom resets.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily sales, cash, and operations reports for management.
Liaise with HO for promotions, campaigns, and operational updates.
Track customer feedback and implement service improvements.
Candidate Profile
Experience in retail store operations, preferably in home decor, lighting, or premium lifestyle stores.
Strong team management, operational planning, and cash-handling skills.
Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
Proficient in inventory control and POS/till management.
Energetic, organised, and capable of managing a high-footfall store.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
