Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily store operations, ensuring a smooth client experience.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of 8-12 staff members to deliver exceptional service.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with premium clientele.
Represent the brand with poise, confidence, and professionalism at all times.
Ensure store visual merchandising aligns with luxury brand standards.
Collaborate closely with the
Head of Department (HOD)
on sales performance, targets, and client engagement strategies.
Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and conflict resolution with tact and empathy.
Maintain accurate reporting on sales, client interactions, and staff performance.
Ensure adherence to brand SOPs, hygiene standards, and store protocols.
