Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations including staff management, sales, inventory, and visual merchandising.
Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets while ensuring profitability.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues effectively.
Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to deliver high performance.
Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
Implement promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities.
Maintain high store standards, visual displays, and hygiene.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and analyze KPIs for business insights.
Stay updated on luggage/travel accessories market trends and competitor activities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
4-8 years of retail experience with at least 2 years in
luggage/consumer durables/travel accessories
sector.
Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
Leadership and people management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and POS/ERP systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
