She should be well versed with achievingsales targets, oversee daily operations, ensure a high level of customer interaction and maintain visual merchandising. The candidate should also possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
