Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, including staff management, sales, inventory, and visual merchandising.
Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability of the store.
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff; monitor performance and provide feedback.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and reduce shrinkage.
Ensure store compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
Drive marketing and promotional activities at the store level.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
4-8 years of retail experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office and POS/ERP systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
