Job Brief:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Store Manager to oversee our store's day-to-day operations. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading the team, driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring profitability. This role demands a hands-on approach to store management and a focus on achieving operational goals and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, boost store traffic, and enhance profitability. Drive sales by training, motivating, and providing regular feedback to sales staff. Ensure exceptional customer service to create a positive shopping experience and maintain high satisfaction levels. Oversee store administration, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance. Ensure the store's appearance meets merchandising and visual display standards. Monitor sales performance and customer trends to improve store operations. Propose creative solutions to expand market share and grow the business. Conduct performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and create development plans for team members. Handle staff and customer concerns, including complaints and grievances, professionally. Lead by example through strong work ethic and a commitment to high standards. Perform any other store management duties as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a retail Store Manager with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities. Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. BS degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
As a Store Manager, you will play an essential role in the success of the store by effectively managing staff, optimizing store operations, and ensuring overall profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
