Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Store Manager to lead our Jockey store. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and mentoring the team to achieve business targets while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning. Drive sales and achieve revenue targets. Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service. Monitor inventory, merchandising, and store presentation as per brand guidelines. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and loss prevention measures. Prepare reports on sales, stock, and performance for senior management.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail store management, preferably in apparel or lifestyle brands. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Good knowledge of sales planning, merchandising, and inventory control. Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
