Retail Store Manager - Bags

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our bag store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance.
2. Sales and Revenue: Drive sales and revenue growth by implementing sales strategies and promoting products.
3. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
4. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock, and optimize product displays.
5. Team Management: Lead, train, and develop a team of sales associates.
6. Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing displays and promote products.
7. Loss Prevention: Implement loss prevention strategies and maintain store security.

Requirements
1. Experience: 2-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a bag or fashion store.
2. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and sales skills.
3. Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service principles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
