We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused
Store Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will lead a team to deliver excellent customer service, manage inventory and sales performance, and ensure smooth and efficient store operations while achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all day-to-day store operations
Lead and motivate the store team to meet sales targets and deliver top-tier customer service
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure accurate inventory control
Handle customer issues and resolve complaints in a professional manner
Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-organized at all times
Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards
Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics
Train and onboard new employees; conduct regular team evaluations
Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards
Collaborate with senior management on promotions, marketing, and budgeting
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience of sales in Motorcycle Riding Gear Store or similar is preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Good understanding of retail KPIs, POS systems, and inventory management
Ability to handle multitasking and problem-solving under pressure
