We are seeking a dynamic and organized store manager to oversee the daily operations of our store and contribute to our continued success.

Job Summary:

The store manager will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of the store, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales targets. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with strong leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

? Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.

? Manage and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.

? Ensure the store maintains a clean, organised, and visually appealing environment.

? Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

? Handle customer enquiries and complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

? Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and minimise discrepancies.

? Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

? Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.

? Train and mentor store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.

? Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other store-related activities.

? Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures.

? Implement marketing and promotional activities as directed by management.

? Handle cash and other payment transactions.

? Maintain a current understanding of the bullion market and industry trends.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A degree in Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.

? 2 to 6 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in the jewelry, bullion, or similar industry.

? Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

? Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

? Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

? Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail software.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

? Strong customer service orientation.

? Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite).

? Ability to work on a rotational week off schedule.
