The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence are met. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the retail FMCG sector, especially in dry fruits, nuts, chocolates, and dates, and should be capable of managing store inventory, team performance, visual merchandising, and customer service.

Oversee the complete store operations including sales, customer service, inventory, and staff management. Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction. Monitor and maintain stock levels; coordinate with the warehouse for timely replenishment. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and effectively. Ensure all products are well displayed and merchandised according to brand standards. Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained. Maintain proper documentation including sales reports, attendance records, and petty cash expenses.
