As a PUMA Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind your store's success -- responsible for leading a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maximising sales performance. You will represent the PUMA brand on the frontlines, bringing energy, agility, and a relentless focus on excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of store operations and commercial performance.
Analyse store KPIs and team performance to identify growth opportunities and drive key actions.
Collaborate with Area Managers and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and improve efficiency.
Build a customer-first culture, ensuring every shopper interaction reflects PUMA's brand values.
Create effective staff schedules that balance customer service, peak hours, and task execution.
Lead by example -- be on the floor coaching, selling, and energising the team.
Uphold all visual merchandising, in-store communication, and brand presentation standards.
Oversee daily operations including inventory management, replenishment, and cash handling.
Enforce loss prevention and safety protocols to ensure a secure store environment.
Champion team recruitment, onboarding, and training in line with PUMA's standards.
Foster a high-performance culture: set clear goals, give real-time feedback, and manage underperformance decisively.
Continuously upskill yourself through learning and development programs.
Gross salary:
Rs. 36,800 per month (
Take-Home
approx. Rs. 35,000 after statutory deductions.)
